Role Purpose

Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in the Garden Café, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to hotel standards throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in accordance with hotel standards.
• Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Guest Relations

• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Resolve concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to deliver exceptional service.

Operations & Maintenance

• Prepare and maintain the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, proper table setup, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a five-star hotel.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to handle large restaurants and guest volumes on a daily basis.
• Well versed English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
