Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests by taking orders promptly, providing attentive service, maintaining dining standards, and collaborating seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Take food and beverage orders from guests promptly.
• Serve guests with speed and efficiency.

Guest Interaction

• Provide attentive service to all guests.
• Address guest needs and requests.

Operations

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Team Collaboration

• Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service execution.
• Work with bar staff to coordinate beverage service.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.

Skills & Competencies
