Role Overview
Waiter position at Hilton, delivering food and beverage service in a hotel hospitality environment.
Role Purpose
Provide memorable food and beverage service experiences that delight guests while maintaining operational excellence, health and safety standards, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Deliver an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the meal experience.
- Learn and master the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions with confidence.
Order & Service Operations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
Station Management
- Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition at all times.
Compliance & Standards
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being through adherence to regulatory requirements.
