Voice Talent - Arabic (Saudi Arabia) - Female - Remote with Lilt Production. This is a remote, independent contractor position for professional or semi-professional voice talents to record voice samples for model training.

Role Purpose

Record high-quality voice samples in Arabic (Saudi Arabia dialect) for AI voice cloning and text-to-speech model training. Your voice will contribute to cutting-edge AI and language technology that shapes how humans and machines communicate.

Key Responsibilities

Voice Recording & Delivery

• Deliver voice samples with multiple distinct qualities: bright, sultry, and ASMR/soft intimate delivery.
• Provide expressive, conversational delivery in a friendly, empathetic, attentive and helpful voice persona.
• Maintain flawless diction and articulation with consistent quality across all recordings.
• Sustain stable rhythm and tempo with controlled pitch and amplitude throughout sessions.
• Record with a non-monotone, natural speaking style suited to model training applications.

Technical Execution

• Follow specific technical requirements when recording, including volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, and audio quality standards.
• Operate professional or high-quality home recording equipment, including microphone, audio interface, headset/speakers, and professional Digital Audio Workstation software.
• Ensure treated recording space free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, or other interference.
• Manage fast-turnaround projects and meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged.

Licensing & Vetting

• Agree to license your voice for AI voice cloning and text-to-speech training purposes.
• Undergo testing and vetting modules as required by specific projects to confirm alignment with all technical and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Native speaker of Arabic (Saudi Arabia).
• Professional or semi-professional experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup, including recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, and professional Digital Audio Workstation with software and plugins.
• Ability to provide demo, sample recordings, or voiceover samples.

Skills & Competencies

• Flawless diction and articulation in Arabic (Saudi Arabia).
• Expressive vocal delivery and conversational speaking style.
• Ability to produce multiple distinct voice qualities on demand.
• Technical proficiency with audio recording equipment and Digital Audio Workstation software.
• Attention to technical specifications and quality control in audio production.
• Reliable commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.

Additional Information

• Contract type: Independent contractor (1099).
• Work location: Remote.
• Schedule: Flexible. Work when you want, as much or as little as you want. No fixed hours or check-ins. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
• Work availability fluctuates with project demand; not ideal as a full-time job or primary income source.
• Competitive rates and prompt payments. Get paid quickly and fairly with no invoice chasing.
• No benefits provided as a 1099 contractor, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions. Hours are not guaranteed.
• As a contractor, you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. Consult a tax professional before engaging.
