Create compelling visual displays that bring the IKEA concept to life while maintaining brand consistency and driving commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Display Execution

• Plan and execute visual displays across accessory shops, window displays, activity podiums, perimeter zones, self-service areas, the Swedish Food Market, and café spaces.
• Ensure all displays align with IKEA brand guidelines and operational manuals to maintain consistent store presentation.

Design Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Interior Designer to develop functional and inspirational display solutions that support current commercial campaigns.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor and maintain display quality and store standards in accordance with IKEA visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail display design.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to execute concepts with precision.
• Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and spatial awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and store operations teams.
