Role Overview
Visual Merchandiser at Apparel Group in Replacements.
Role Purpose
Create visually compelling store displays and merchandising arrangements that enhance customer experience, showcase products effectively, and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Display & Merchandising
- Design and execute window displays that attract customer attention and communicate brand messaging.
- Create in-store visual merchandising layouts aligned with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Arrange product displays to optimize visibility, accessibility, and sales potential.
- Maintain visual consistency across all store areas in line with brand guidelines.
- Install signage, fixtures, and decorative elements for displays and promotional events.
Store Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure store presentation meets company standards daily.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate product placement with inventory systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandising areas and storage spaces.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with store management and sales teams on merchandising priorities and promotional campaigns.
- Respond promptly to merchandising directives and seasonal updates from head office.
- Communicate visual merchandising feedback and customer insights to leadership.
