Role Overview
VIP Relationship Manager at Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform. Position is based in the MENA Region.

Role Purpose
Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients in the MENA Region to enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success through relationship management and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
- Build rapport and enhance existing client relationships via frequent and sustained communication.
- Expand relationships with existing clients.
Service Delivery and Operations
- Build key customer service processes and systems.
- Formulate management rules and track the status of key customers.
- Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience.
Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze client behavior and identify unspoken needs.
- Prepare key customer analysis reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
- Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
- Prior working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, or related sectors is preferred.

- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills.
