Role Purpose
Maximize and exceed guest satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive service with meticulous attention to detail and anticipatory care. Take ownership and leadership of assigned villas to ensure the highest professional standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Villa Management & Operations
- Take ownership and leadership of all villas assigned to you.
- Supervise, direct and assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas.
- Ensure guest villas are maintained to the highest professional standards.
Guest Service
- Maximize and exceed guest satisfaction through personalized, efficient and responsive service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
- Deliver service with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Friendly and outgoing behaviour.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
