Role Overview
V.I.E - Instrument Commissioning Coordinator F/M at Technip Energies. Start date: 1 December 2026. Duration: 24 months.

Role Purpose
As Instrument Commissioning Coordinator, you will support the commissioning team in ensuring the readiness and quality of project documentation, pre-commissioning and commissioning instrumentation, control systems and process analyzers activities. This role offers hands-on experience in the LNG industry, working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Commissioning Coordination
- Prepare all associated workfront documentation for pre-commissioning instrumentation activities.
- Follow up completion database for pre-commissioning activities.
- Liaise with completion team to update database according to project inputs evolution.
- Ensure works proceed in conformity with schedule and report any deviation to the Instrumentation Commissioning Superintendent.
Commissioning Instrumentation Coordination
- Coordinate commissioning activities related to assigned worksite(s).
- Prepare all associated documentation for commissioning activities.
- Follow up in completion database.
- Maintain comprehensive log of activities and report progress to the Instrumentation Commissioning Superintendent.
- Liaise with subcontractor for execution of commissioning activities.
- Ensure commissioning activities performed by subcontractor are as per established procedures and good industry practices within required quality level.
- Coordinate activities with Construction Supervisors, Subcontractor and third party.
- Coordinate completion of punch list clearance with Construction and Subcontractor in areas under your control.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Safety, Health and Environment policy of the project.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in technological processes, automation engineering, electrical engineering or related field. Postgraduate degree desirable.
- Degree from an Engineering School or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrotechnics).
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Results-driven with ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative working style.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly with data.
- Ability to identify and report data-related issues.
- Experience with or knowledge of Power BI (major plus).
