Create polished, compelling video content that tells the story of real estate listings and brand initiatives through skilled editing, graphics, effects, and sound design.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into finished projects that meet company standards and objectives.
- Include graphics, effects, and sound to enhance video presentations.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate with photographers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project needs and meet deadlines.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and archiving of projects.
Professional Development
- Stay up to date with industry trends and video editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of video content.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and sound design in video production.
- Knowledge of graphics and animation software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction while also bringing creative ideas to the table.
