Key Responsibilities

Enrollment Management

• Develop and implement enrollment strategies to achieve institutional enrollment targets and growth objectives.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns and student acquisition initiatives across all academic levels.
• Monitor enrollment trends and adjust strategies based on market analysis and institutional priorities.
• Partner with academic departments to align enrollment efforts with program offerings and capacity.

Student Affairs & Support

• Establish and oversee comprehensive student affairs programs and services.
• Develop student support systems including advising, counseling, and career services.
• Facilitate student engagement and community building activities.
• Evaluate student satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.

Retention & Student Success

• Lead initiatives to improve student retention rates and academic success outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and identify at-risk populations for targeted intervention.
• Partner with academic faculty to support student achievement and completion.

Strategic Planning & Administration

• Own the strategic vision and operational oversight for enrollment and student affairs divisions.
• Develop annual budgets and allocate resources effectively across departments.
• Establish policies and procedures aligned with university standards and regulatory requirements.
• Report to senior institutional leadership on enrollment metrics, student outcomes, and departmental performance.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty, and administrative departments to ensure integrated student support.
• Serve as primary liaison between student affairs operations and senior university administration.
• Engage with prospective students, families, and community partners to strengthen institutional relationships.
