Role Purpose

Support strategy consultants in daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, preparing consulting sessions, and conducting structured pre-qualification calls with prospects to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Support

• Support strategy consultants in daily business operations including follow-up, documentation, and organization.
• Maintain clear documentation and organizational systems.

Sales & Lead Management

• Initiate telephone contact with prospects for structured pre-qualification.
• Conduct structured lead pre-qualification conversations.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Plan and coordinate meetings according to established processes.
• Prepare and follow up on consulting meetings.

Events & Marketing

• Participate in trade shows and events including organization, list management, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Career changer (Quereinsteiger) background accepted.

Skills & Competencies

• German language fluency.
• Reliable and organized.
• Strong execution and implementation capability.
• Comfort with clear structures and defined responsibilities.
• Willingness to take on organizational responsibility.
