Role Purpose
Conduct thorough and independent vehicle inspections at our facility and customer locations, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting the purchasing team in evaluating inventory with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Inspection & Assessment
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections at our facility or at customer locations.
- Evaluate paintwork, structural integrity, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Ensure all inspections are completed within a one-hour timeframe.
- Accurately document findings and submit reports using internal software.
Scheduling & Operational Efficiency
- Manage a structured daily schedule and ensure punctuality for all appointments.
- Work efficiently to handle multiple inspections while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to align on vehicle evaluation schedules.
Collaboration & Customer Interaction
- Work closely with the purchasing team who arrange customer appointments.
- Interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Deliver a smooth and professional inspection experience when dealing with vehicle owners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in vehicle inspections, including bodywork, structural, electrical, and mechanical assessments.
- Strong background in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage inspections without direct supervision.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with OBD scanning tools.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight inspection timelines.
Additional Information
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 3,500 – 8,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Work Visa sponsorship.
- Medical insurance (as per UAE labor law).
- 30 days of paid annual leave.
Work Arrangement
- Type: Full-time, on-site position.
- Location: UAE.
- Fieldwork required at facility and customer locations.
- Remote or hybrid work is not available; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
