Role Overview
Valuer (Outsource) at ADIB in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Carry out inspections, draft and write reports under supervision, conduct market research, and produce high-standard Valuation Reports, Market Studies, and Feasibility Studies while delivering excellent customer service to existing clients and maximizing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Valuations, Market Study and Feasibility Study
- Draft reports under supervision.
- Ensure high standard of report output.
- Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of RICS/IVSC standards.
- Apply knowledge of the three methods of valuation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of property market, including economic drivers, supply and demand.
Customer Service & Professional Conduct
- Provide high level of customer service and care.
- Present the company in a professional manner at all business events.
- Encourage cross-selling with departments.
Risk & Compliance
- Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective valuation and advisory department.
People & Development
- Mentor junior team members.
- Pursue self-development and continuing personal development.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree preferred in Real Estate Valuation.
- Minimum two years' experience working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of FRICS/MRICS.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills.
- Good market knowledge.
- Financial modelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and CRM.
