Role Overview
Valet Attendant at Palazzo Versace Dubai, located in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional valet and guest services by safely managing vehicle parking and retrieval, maintaining professional guest interactions, and upholding hotel safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Hospitality
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with vehicle drop-off and collection services.
- Open vehicle and hotel entrance doors for guests as required.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel facilities when needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
Vehicle Management & Operations
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon receipt and document any existing damage.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and valet tickets.
- Ensure all guest vehicles are handled with care and in accordance with hotel procedures.
Facilities & Traffic Management
- Manage traffic flow at the hotel entrance and designated parking areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and parking facilities.
Safety & Compliance
- Report any incidents, accidents, or security concerns immediately to management.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
