Role Overview

Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process—from user research and information architecture to wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces—while ensuring accessibility, design system consistency, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
Research & Discovery
- Conduct user research methods to inform design decisions.
- Develop user empathy through discovery processes.
Design & Execution
- Create wireframes and information architecture.
- Build prototypes using Figma, InVision, or ProtoPie.
- Design polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Ensure design system consistency across all deliverables.
- Iterate designs based on usability feedback and testing.
Standards & Quality
- Implement accessibility standards (WCAG) throughout the design process.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all design work.
- Apply problem-solving to overcome design challenges.
Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to align on design direction and goals.
Skills & Competencies
- Figma (required proficiency).
- Prototyping tools: Figma, InVision, or ProtoPie.
