Role Overview
UX/UI Designer at Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform. This role is based at Bybit's global operations.

Role Purpose
Design end-to-end user experiences for fintech and cryptocurrency exchange products. Deliver high-quality visual design, interaction design, and motion design while continuously enhancing product experience and overall design quality across Bybit's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design
- Lead product UX/UI design, including information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and interface visual design.
- Independently own design projects such as trading competitions and large-scale campaigns.
Visual & Motion Design
- Design high-quality interface animations to enhance interaction feedback and user experience.
- Deliver high-quality interface designs with strong visual execution.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, brand, and operations teams to drive design implementation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, AI tools, and design efficiency improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years of design experience with proven experience in mature project delivery.
- Strong UX/UI design skills with end-to-end product design experience.
- Experience in finance, technology, Web3, or cryptocurrency exchanges is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent visual design capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- English communication and presentation skills are preferred.
- Proficiency in motion design tools such as After Effects or Rive.
- 3D design skills such as Blender or C4D, or the ability to achieve similar results through AI tools, are a plus.
- Interest in and self-driven exploration of AI design tools and workflows is preferred.
