Role Purpose

Design and deliver user experience architecture and solutions that align with business objectives across B2B and B2C enterprise environments, combining technical solution design with exceptional UI/UX principles.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Demonstrate exceptional UI/UX design skills supported by a strong portfolio.
• Deliver excellent visual design with sensitivity to emotive, human-driven design principles.
• Understand commercial market trends and transform them into design concepts.
• Keep current with the latest technology trends in UI design and web application UX.
• Maintain a passion for delivering the best user interface experience possible.

Technical Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead hands-on technical management and technical solution design.
• Conduct solution architecture work.
• Work with technology platforms that are both internally and externally hosted.
• Analyze data, identify pitfalls, and recommend effective solutions.

Project Execution

• Work independently and manage multiple UI/UX projects simultaneously.
• Operate within Agile Development Methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of UX design experience in B2B/B2C enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• UX Usability Certificates; UXPA certificate is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on technical management.
• Technical solution design and architecture.
• UI/UX design skills with strong portfolio.
• Visual design skills with sensitivity to emotive, human-driven design principles.
• Understanding of commercial market trends and design concept transformation.
• Experience with internally and externally hosted technology platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies.
• Self-driven and passionate approach to user interface experience delivery.
• Data analysis and solution recommendation capabilities.
• Ability to maintain awareness of latest technology trends in UI design and web application UX.
• Capacity to work independently.
