Role Overview
Usher position with The Production Team, supporting various live events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate functions across the UAE.
Role Purpose
Deliver a positive guest experience by welcoming and assisting attendees, directing traffic flow, and ensuring smooth event operations across front-of-house activities.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide guests with event information and answer general inquiries.
- Support VIP arrivals and reserved seating when required.
Operations & Flow Management
- Direct attendees to registration, seating, entrances, exits, and other designated areas.
- Check tickets, invitations, wristbands, or guest lists as required.
- Assist with crowd flow, queue management, and wayfinding.
- Monitor assigned areas and report any issues or incidents to the Event Supervisor.
Compliance & Standards
- Follow all event procedures, health and safety guidelines, and instructions from the event management team.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold excellent customer service standards.
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in ushering, events, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Legally eligible to work in the UAE.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and varying shift schedules.
