Role Overview
Seasonal Usher at The Groves, SIHAMCO's premier lifestyle and entertainment destination in Riyadh. This position runs from 1 October 2026 to 10 March 2027.

Role Purpose
Serve as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional guest experiences at The Groves. As one of the first and last points of contact, you will create memorable first impressions through genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, safe, and enjoyable experience that reflects The Groves' commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Service
- Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable welcome to every guest, creating a positive first impression of The Groves.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance to enhance the overall visitor experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across operations, security, guest services, and event teams to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.
Entry & Access Management
- Assist guests with entry procedures, ticket validation, and front desk ticket sales.
- Monitor access to designated areas and ensure entry protocols are consistently followed.
- Manage queues efficiently while maintaining a calm, organised, and welcoming environment.
Guest Guidance & Information
- Provide accurate information regarding attractions, dining venues, entertainment experiences, facilities, and event schedules.
- Guide guests confidently throughout the venue, ensuring smooth movement and exceptional customer service.
Safety & Operations
- Support venue safety procedures and respond professionally during emergencies or evacuations.
- Observe guest activity and promptly report incidents, concerns, or operational issues to supervisors.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation within assigned areas.
Standards & Professionalism
- Uphold The Groves' premium hospitality standards by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi Nationals only.
- Previous experience as an Usher at high profile events.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with crowd management.
Additional Information
Contract & Schedule
- Seasonal position: 1 October 2026 to 10 March 2027.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
