Role Overview
UI/UX Designer at TAWANTECH. The role shapes digital experiences across financial products, requiring a strong balance between user experience, visual design, and business requirements.
Role Purpose
Design intuitive, user-centric digital products for the banking and financial services sector while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, polished experiences that meet user needs, business goals, and product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Prototyping
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
User Research & Testing
- Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into effective design solutions.
- Improve user journeys with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Design banking and financial products while adhering to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–5 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Experience designing banking or fintech products.
- Experience designing both web and mobile applications.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Degree in UI/UX, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with core UI/UX design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, FigJam, and InVision.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred).
- Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience presenting design decisions to leadership (preferred).
