Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail environments and customer experiences across assigned luxury markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars, providing detailed feedback to support service excellence and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Assessment

• Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury stores and brand experiences.
• Provide detailed feedback on retail experiences in assigned luxury brand categories.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Share opinions and observations about experiences in assigned luxury retail locations.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National status required.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
• Active shopper or fan of premium and luxury brands.
