Senior Personal Banking Advisor (RBG) at Mashreq, RAK Call Center – Client Experience and Conduct Group. UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Delight internal and external customers over the telephone by understanding their banking needs, delivering excellent service, and converting sales opportunities to meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service Delivery

• Interact with customers over the phone to understand their banking needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to achieve customer loyalty.
• Clarify and explain procedures and products over the telephone.
• Resolve problems over the telephone on the spot.

Sales & Revenue

• Convert sales opportunities in order to meet financial targets.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Capture and report customer feedback towards continual product development.

Qualifications & Experience

• University graduate, preferably with finance, banking, or mathematics component.
• 1–3 years experience.
• Bilingual.

Skills & Competencies

• Very customer focused.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
