Role Overview

Senior Officer – Employee Experience (EE) within the People & Intellectual Capital Group at Mashreq Bank UAE. UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Facilitate the People & Intellectual Capital Group team to build positive employee experiences across Mashreq Bank UAE, working on core employee lifecycle processes and supporting organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience Processes

• Collaborate closely with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience on onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience on offboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience on visa and labour processing.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience on pension administration.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience on data maintenance.

Business Support & Projects

• Coordinate with internal People & Intellectual Capital Group functions to support business needs.
• Contribute to bank-wide projects.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Maintain high performance standards across Mashreq Bank UAE.
