Role Purpose

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing deposit products and employee banking services for the Emirati market segment, delivering personalized financial solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers in the Emirati deposits segment.
• Understand customer financial needs and objectives to recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive service and regular engagement.

Deposits & Product Management

• Manage a portfolio of deposit accounts and employee banking products.
• Promote deposit products and employee banking services to target customer segments.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve deposit growth and product penetration targets.

Business Development

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the customer base.
• Drive new customer acquisition aligned with team and departmental objectives.
• Contribute to revenue targets and business performance metrics.
