Role Purpose

To support the Real Estate division's financial controlling function by ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong governance and internal controls, driving audit readiness, and implementing digital transformation solutions to enhance control processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Review trial balances, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to management stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and communicate findings to senior management.

Financial Close & Compliance

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and reporting cycles.
• Maintain adherence to accounting policies, standard operating procedures, governance frameworks, and internal control requirements.
• Ensure audit readiness and facilitate timely resolution of control or compliance issues.

Digital Transformation

• Identify and implement automation and digital solutions to enhance financial control processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National status required.
• Strong expertise in financial controlling, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with financial close processes, audit procedures, and internal control systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with financial reporting tools and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings to senior management.
