Role Overview

Customer Reception Host at Al-Futtaim Automotive, Toyota/Lexus dealership, Dubai. Full-time position for UAE National.

Role Purpose

Serve as the first point of contact for all dealership visitors, creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service that shapes the customer experience from arrival through departure.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Greeting and Direction

• Greet all customers with warm, professional demeanor and identify their needs to direct them efficiently to the appropriate department or Service Advisor
• Provide courteous farewells to departing customers, reinforcing positive brand impressions

Appointment and Schedule Management

• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre to ensure seamless customer transitions
• Handle incoming phone inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining accurate records of all calls and scheduling requests

Customer Service and Complaint Resolution

• Address and escalate customer complaints to the Reception Manager, taking ownership of resolution and ensuring satisfaction metrics are met

Health and Safety

• Monitor the reception area for health and safety concerns and report any issues to management immediately

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National
• Demonstrated experience handling customer inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism
• Proven experience managing multiple tasks, customer flow, and appointment scheduling

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software and customer management systems
