Role Overview

Senior Officer, IBG Chief of Staff Office – Corporate Sales Management at Mashreq, based in the UAE. This role is restricted to UAE nationals only.

Role Purpose

Provide operational, strategic, and administrative support to the Chief of Staff Office, contributing to the effective oversight and management of IBG's international franchise while supporting key initiatives across governance, internal controls, strategy execution, business risk management, international expansion, talent management, budgeting, cost optimization, and product and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance

• Support key strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to effective oversight and management of IBG's international franchise.
• Support strategy execution and governance frameworks.

Risk & Controls Management

• Support internal controls and business risk management activities.

International Expansion & Development

• Support international expansion initiatives.
• Support product and business development across the group.

Operational Support

• Drive operational effectiveness across stakeholder groups.
• Support talent management initiatives.
• Support budgeting and cost optimization efforts.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic priorities.
• Support the delivery of the Group's objectives.
