Role Purpose

Assist Litigation Managers in handling, managing and addressing litigation cases relating to non-performing borrowers in the commercial and corporate portfolio of the Bank, and cases filed against the Bank or Group companies, to ensure the Bank's interests are fully protected.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management

• Support Litigation Managers in handling litigation cases involving non-performing borrowers in the commercial and corporate portfolio.
• Manage and address cases filed against the Bank and cases filed against Group companies.
• Operate under the direct supervision of the Unit Head, Group Litigation.

Legal Protection

• Ensure the Bank's interests are fully protected throughout litigation proceedings.
