Role Overview
Truck Skilled Driver at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Operate and maintain a truck while transporting goods to designated destinations, ensuring timely delivery, vehicle upkeep, and compliance with loading and documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Transport
- Transfer goods to designated destinations.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities as per loading manifest.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Perform truck monthly maintenance tasks including cleaning, oil changes, and filter replacement.
- Schedule regular truck service appointments and report any issues.
- Book truck wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure invoices are stamped by customers and returned to CSD.
Reporting & Communication
- Report all customer complaints to your superior.
- Recommend ideas and suggestions to your superior.
