Role Overview
TRR Documentation Clerk (6-month contract) at Ejqa.
Role Purpose
Process visa documentation for seafarers, manage applications through immigration systems, coordinate status updates with customers and immigration authorities, and prepare records for invoicing and audit.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Processing
- Process all documents for visa applications.
- Fill up the Seamen visa application form on the IT system.
- Follow up with customers for appropriate documents for visas.
- Prepare the list of visas and related data for invoicing.
- Prepare and organize the list of visas and related data for audit purposes.
Communication & Coordination
- Follow up with immigration coordinators for applied visa status.
- Update customers on visa status.
- Receive requests and requirements for services from Manager, Ship Services, Operation team, and Invoice team.
- Send process visas information to customers.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow specified systems, processes and procedures implemented in the workplace to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements and standards.
- Follow agreed safe systems of work and training and instructions.
- Report accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Stop work if you think the work is unsafe.
- Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School education.
- 2 years relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic computer skills.
- English language proficiency.
Additional Information
- Contract duration: 6 months.
- Accountable for your acts and omissions.
