Role Overview

Role Purpose

Manage end-to-end travel reservations for corporate and leisure clients using Amadeus GDS, handling the full booking lifecycle from itinerary planning through ticketing, reissues, refunds, and irregular operations while delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Reservation Management

• Manage PNRs across flights, hotels, cars, and ancillaries in Amadeus.
• Process end-to-end reservations for corporate and leisure clients.
• Manage daily queues within SLA.

Fare Construction & Ticketing

• Construct and price fares including published, private, and corporate rates.
• Issue tickets in line with fare rules.
• Process reissues, revalidations, voids, and refunds.
• Process Excess Baggage Documents (EMDs).
• Develop solid knowledge of fare construction, fare rules, and taxes.

Irregular Operations & Changes

• Handle schedule changes, irregular operations (IROPs), and cancellations proactively.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers on waivers and group requests.

Client Guidance & Communication

• Advise clients on itineraries, fare options, visa requirements, and entry requirements.
• Deliver high-quality service across phone, email, and chat.
• Handle escalations.

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain BSP reporting accuracy.
• Ensure familiarity with BSP processes, ADM prevention, and ticketing compliance.
• Handle interline and codeshare arrangements.

Qualifications & Experience

• IATA/UFTAA certification at Foundation or Consultant level (mandatory).
• Bachelor degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in an IATA-accredited agency or Travel Management Company (TMC).

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Amadeus proficiency including cryptic commands, PNR servicing, fare pricing, ticketing, and reissue/refund operations (ATC).
• Strong geography and airline network knowledge.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask across systems under pressure.
