Role Overview
Training Specialist – Electrical at Burjline Builders. This role supports technical capability development and training programs with a focus on electrical expertise.
Role Purpose
Identify and address technical skills and competency gaps across the organization by developing, coordinating, and evaluating comprehensive electrical and technical training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development
- Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
- Develop electrical and technical training plans and programs.
- Develop training materials and competency-development content.
Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
Evaluation & Stakeholder Management
- Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
- Liaise with technical departments and training providers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development or training experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of technical and electrical training requirements.
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Strong coordination capabilities.
- Strong training-development capabilities.
