TRAINING SENIOR OFFICER

Role Overview

Training Senior Officer at Napco National, Eastern Region. This role is open to Saudi nationals participating in the Tamheer Program only.

Role Purpose

Acts as NLI's point of engagement in the Eastern Region, building relationships with universities, government-sponsored programs, and regional initiatives, while providing operational support on the Learning Management System and external training provider coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with universities and higher-education institutions in the Eastern Region to support NLI's outreach activities.
• Represent NLI at government-sponsored programs and regional workforce-development initiatives, including HRDF, Tamheer-related events, and career fairs.
• Identify and coordinate participation opportunities with relevant Eastern Region bodies and initiatives.

Learning Management System Support

• Provide backup support to Zahra Al Faraj on the Learning Management System (Oracle Fusion Learning) during peak periods.
• Execute data entry, enrollment tracking, and report generation tasks.

External Provider Coordination

• Support coordination with external training providers by following up on requests, scheduling and attending meetings, and tracking action items through to completion.

Administrative Operations

• Maintain accurate records of university and provider communications.
• Prepare periodic summaries for the NLI Manager.
• Assist with general L&D administrative tasks as required.
