Role Purpose

As a Training Manager, you will design and deliver training programs that develop hotel team members and drive operational excellence. You will monitor performance, oversee departmental training initiatives, and foster a positive and productive work environment that enables every team member to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development

• Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs in alignment with corporate goals and industry standards.
• Develop training content inclusive of topics such as harassment-free workplace, diversity, new team member orientation, leadership, and service.

Performance Management

• Conduct meetings with department managers, trainers, and team members to review performance trends.
• Develop action plans and recognize achievements based on performance reviews.

Training Oversight

• Manage and monitor department-specific training programs such as alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills checklists, and educational assistance.
• Track, maintain, and audit individual team member training records using designated systems and tools.

Continuous Improvement

• Assess existing training initiatives and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Recommend solutions to address specific department needs.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and support team members.
• Provide coaching and develop team member capabilities.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
