Role Purpose
As a Training Executive, you execute the hotel's in-house training plan, coordinate high-quality learning initiatives, administer required compliance and vocational programmes, and foster a positive training environment that supports team development across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Coordination
- Execute the in-house training plan by coordinating and delivering engaging, high-quality training programmes that align with hotel priorities
- Administer legal, compliance, and vocational qualification programmes to ensure employees meet required standards and progress in their professional development
Development & Assessment
- Identify and support training needs by partnering with line managers, department heads, HR, and the Training Manager to assess development needs and implement learning initiatives
- Review training progress monthly to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Support team members within own and other teams through coaching and performance monitoring
Trainer & Team Leadership
- Lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, review needs, and ensure training is consistently delivered across the hotel
- Inspire and develop the team by fostering a positive and productive training environment
