Role Overview
Trainee Business Development position at Al Shirawi Group.
Role Purpose
Develop business by managing customer relationships, expanding territory, and generating sales enquiries while supporting the sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Meet regularly with assigned accounts and update visit reports.
- Generate enquiries and update enquiry and quotation records at regular intervals.
- Verify and ensure quotations are sent in concurrence with the sales coordinator.
- Conduct price negotiation at site level.
Team Support
- Manage and train sales and marketing executives.
Strategic Focus
- Expand assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain customer relationship management practices.
