Role Purpose

Manage tool room operations and GSE maintenance section tool control and calibration programs, maintaining full accountability of all tools, test equipment, and diagnostic equipment assets while ensuring compliance with calibration standards and operational directives.

Key Responsibilities

Tool Control & Accountability

• Manage accountability of all tools assigned to the GSE Maintenance Section.
• Oversee issue and receipt of daily tools assigned to the GSE Maintenance Tool Room.
• Maintain accountability for all tool room assets.

TMDE & Calibration Management

• Manage the GSE Maintenance section calibration control program and account for all TMDE (Test, Measurement, & Diagnostic Equipment).
• Maintain tracking and accountability of all TMDE and ensure calibration within guidelines specified by manufacturer and required work to be accomplished.
• Ensure all TMDE items bear the proper markings and labeling.
• Turn in all TMDE items for calibration as required.

Supply & Inventory Management

• Order, track, and maintain parts and supplies as required by the Vehicle/GSE section.
• Maintain bench stock and as-needed supplies necessary for maintenance.

Operations & Support

• Work within maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
• Support the Airfield Foreign Object Debris program.
• Provide additional tool room operations and support as outlined in appropriate directives.
• Perform other duties as assigned and directed by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• High school diploma required.

Experience

• Minimum two years of recent experience working in tool room and/or property accountability.
• Former TMDE management experience required.
• Knowledgeable in working with technical maintenance manuals.
• Demonstrated performance in Aviation Operations activities from previous job positions.
• Prior military experience preferred.

Clearance & Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and passport.
• Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements including medical, drug testing, and background checks.
