Role Overview
Testing & Commissioning Manager at JASARA PMC, Riyadh. This role leads and manages the testing and commissioning phases of major sports facility projects, ensuring all facility systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Role Purpose
To lead and manage comprehensive testing and commissioning operations for a major sports facility project in Riyadh, ensuring all systems achieve design specifications, regulatory compliance, and seamless handover to stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for sports facilities, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, security, and other related systems.
Execution & Oversight
- Coordinate and oversee testing activities to verify system functionality and compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Manage all commissioning processes to ensure seamless handover of facilities to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks during commissioning and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Liaise closely with engineering, construction, and client teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Lead and mentor the testing and commissioning team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing and commissioning related communications.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports outlining testing results, commissioning status, and any non-conformance issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of large-scale sports facilities or similar infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex commissioning activities and teams.
- Strong knowledge of sports facility systems, codes, and standards.
- Relevant certifications in project management or commissioning are advantageous.
