Role Overview
Tenant Relations Manager at Al Futtaim Real Estate, located at Arabian Center in Dubai.

Role Purpose
Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure smooth mall operations through effective communication, permit management, and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Permit & Documentation Management
- Process and approve work permits for maintenance, displays, and merchandising activities.
- Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation of work permits.
- Coordinate with tenants and operations teams to close work permit requests.
- Issue Notices of Completion (NOC).
Tenant Communications & Engagement
- Manage tenant communications regarding mall events, operational policies, compliance requirements, and facility procedures.
- Conduct pre-opening meetings and support tenant engagement in marketing and promotional activities.
Issue Resolution & Operations
- Coordinate with tenants and operations teams to resolve outstanding issues.
- Conduct inspections.
Administrative Management
- Manage tenant payments.
- Maintain operational records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in tenant relations, property management, or similar customer-facing role within retail or commercial environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in work permit systems and operational compliance procedures.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
