Role Purpose

Support residential real estate operations by managing unit handovers, fit-out activities, and tenant coordination to ensure compliance with developer standards and community requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handover & Inspection Management

• Manage residential unit handovers, including snagging and de-snagging activities, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and developer specifications.

Tenant Fit-Out & Community Compliance

• Oversee tenant fit-out activities and coordinate adherence to community guidelines, regulatory requirements, and approved design standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate seamless move-in processes and renovation activities.

Documentation & Records

• Maintain detailed documentation and records of handover activities, inspections, and tenant communications to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in tenant coordination, property management, or real estate asset management.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of residential property standards, fit-out regulations, and handover procedures.
