Teller at RAK BANK, Mussafah Branch, Abu Dhabi. This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals as part of the bank's commitment to Emiratisation.

Role Purpose
To process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth branch operations in compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing
- Process customer transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque transactions, and remittances accurately and efficiently.
- Support branch operations by maintaining accuracy in transaction processing and cash handling activities.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a positive branch banking experience.
- Assist customers with their day-to-day banking needs and respond to enquiries professionally.
Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with RAK BANK policies, operating procedures, and UAE Central Bank regulations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a collaborative branch environment while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer care.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or banking is advantageous.
