Role Overview

Role Purpose
To process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth branch operations within the Retail Banking team.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing
- Process customer transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque transactions, and remittances accurately and efficiently.
- Support branch operations by maintaining accuracy in transaction processing and cash handling activities.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a positive branch banking experience.
- Assist customers with their day-to-day banking needs and respond to enquiries professionally.
Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with RAKBANK policies, operating procedures, and UAE Central Bank regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a collaborative branch environment while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer care.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or banking is advantageous.
