Role Purpose
Generate and convert sales opportunities through professional customer engagement while delivering excellent service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Contact and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
- Promote products, services, and offers to generate sales.
- Follow up with customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Customer Service
- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide suitable solutions.
Administration
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years in Sales, preferably in car sales.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English required; Arabic preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer literate with CRM and data-entry skills.
