Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication & Service Delivery

• Handle internal and external calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Assist with guest requests and provide information about the hotel and local neighbourhood.
• Connect callers to the right department with confidence.
• Respond to inquiries with confidence and deliver seamless, personal service.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the hotel's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Operations & Coordination

• Play an important role in keeping communication flowing across the hotel.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure guest requests are followed through promptly and accurately.
• Handle emergency procedures in line with hotel standards.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a telephone operator role within hospitality.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills.
• Calm and positive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities with confidence.
• Naturally warm personality.
• Attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (advantageous).
