Role Overview
Telephone Operator at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels and Resorts, a Hilton property located in Doha.
Role Purpose
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, manage guest communications and requests, and deliver courteous, personalized service that enhances every guest's stay by spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communications
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are handled efficiently.
- Handle wake-up calls, message taking and delivery, and emergency calls.
Coordination and Support
- Liaise with hotel departments to ensure guest needs, service requests, and special arrangements are communicated and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Handle internal communications in accordance with hotel standards.
Guest Service
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Deliver courteous, personalized service on every interaction.
- Resolve guest concerns with care and urgency.
- Ensure a positive guest experience through effective communication.
