Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication

• Provide exceptional phone and email support with an upbeat and friendly attitude
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest calls, inquiries, and requests

Operational Knowledge

• Maintain relevant knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations

Emergency Response

• Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations

Technology & Tools

• Leverage communication tools including PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations

Qualifications & Experience

Arabic language proficiency required.
