Telecalling Agent

Role Overview

Telecalling Agent at White Spot Facilities Management. The role operates in a 24/7 environment handling inbound and outbound customer communications.

Role Purpose

Generate sales revenue and manage customer relationships across multiple channels by engaging potential and existing customers, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Contact potential and existing customers to sell cleaning, maintenance, and AMC services.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints when required.

Lead Management & Sales

• Follow up on enquiries and sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve assigned targets for calls, lead follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Operations & Administration

• Create and manage bookings and confirm service details.
• Coordinate with the operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and case updates in Salesforce.
• Achieve assigned targets for service quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a call centre environment; prior call centre experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in home services, facilities management, or a similar service-based business is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Confident in handling sales conversations, customer complaints, and multiple communication channels.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.

Additional Information

• Male candidate preferred due to the requirement for rotational and late-night shift coverage.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts based on operational requirements is critical.
