Role Overview
Tele sales Agent at Retal.
Role Purpose
Engage with customers via telephone to drive sales, generate revenue, and build lasting client relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify and qualify leads.
- Present products and services to customers in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Close sales transactions and achieve individual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Reporting & Performance
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance against targets.
- Provide feedback on customer objections and market trends to management.
