Role Overview
Tech Lead / Team Lead with Java application experience for CICO IT Solution's UAE projects. This position is available as onsite or remote and is open to candidates from India or UAE.

Role Purpose
The job holder executes duties within the framework of responsibilities and boundaries identified with this role and in accordance with standard practices. The incumbent consults with Manager – IT Operations on any non-routine action prior to executing; all duties are performed through proper channels and in compliance with adopted policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Architecture
- Develop subsystem specifications and micro-services.
- Create, deploy and iterate excellent software with proficiency in Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, SOA, EDA, and Design patterns.
- Architect cloud computing solutions using noSQL (MongoDB and/or Cassandra).
- Develop server-side applications using PHP and Python.
- Design and develop MVC applications.
Code Quality & Testing
- Develop and test clear, robust code with passion for excellence.
- Perform systems testing and core system configuration.
- Execute production experience with continuous integration.
Technical Foundation
- Apply deep understanding of data structures, algorithms and concurrent programming.
- Leverage expertise in distributed systems.
- Utilize Linux DevOps proficiency and Hadoop.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in Software Development.
- Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular 2, React, jQuery, Node.JS).
- Production experience with continuous integration.
- Proficiency in Java EE, Database (SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL), Spring, Hibernate, SOA, EDA, and Design patterns.
- Cloud computing architecting and noSQL (MongoDB and/or Cassandra) experience.
- Linux DevOps proficiency in Hadoop and MVC.
- Experience developing subsystem specifications and micro-services.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Experience with core system configuration and systems testing.
Skills & Competencies
- Analytical and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work comfortably with dynamic priorities while understanding the importance of meeting deadlines.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including analysis and design documentation and presentations, for worldwide business and technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms and concurrent programming.
- Expertise in distributed systems.
- Experience with CSS frameworks (SASS, LESS, Bootstrap).
- Proficiency in server-side languages (PHP, Python).
- Familiarity with Git.
